Our business is really about you and your enjoyment - without you we don’t have a business.  

We want you to get fit, learn to dance and meet some great ladies and have the best dance/fitness class experience.

Yet we do have a tiny story to tell, a sneaky peek at who we are, what we do and why we love running dance & fitness events.
